[ThaiMS] Ver. 0.84 - The Visitor

Well it certainly looks like Nexon AM did none of the wonderful work you are currently looking at in GMST. That's right, they've stolen it from ThaiMS! GMS decided to "test" it in their Test Server while ThaiMS released it shortly after. With English strings, Nexon AM simply needed to copypasta.

In ThaiMS, this is all an event. GMS would likely follow the same.

Thoughts? This all makes sense (Continent 5, "thai" string folder, NPCs and Mobs listed right after ThaiMS exclusive ones). Does this mean Nexon AM might surprise us later on this year with some actual Masterian content? This might be, after all, be a test for Tespia.

I'll have more info once I download the ThaiMS client.

If they didn't work on any of that, they better have something in the works right now.

It makes even less sense that this is why Tespia is open. This is just as bad as JapanMS' Tespia server last year. Remember it? It was only open for 3 weeks only to test a Boss Monster Raid event party quest, which gave no reward.

did they get the weapons and junk too? o_O

Just pointing this out. When you get an enhancement scroll to pass for ~8+ times on an item, a message appears. That message uses an 5th Anniversary image......ThaiMS is going through their 5th Anniversary.....

I don't really care either if it exists in another version.

Eh, that's kind of disappointing, but at least we still get awesome new equipment for almost every equipment slot and for every weapon type, plus a new boss.

it's a funny turn of events but doesn't change anything.

also i don't see where it says that this is a thaims creation; it could easily be a collaboration by the two branches. it doesn't seem likely that they would send their content here before they've even released/finished it.

That's all I have to say. Atleast the equips are nice.

Keep in mind this is only the first session of Tespia. There is still that DBZ-ish dragon thing that needs to be explained.
