And now a dose of optimism!
Maybe Nexon took the time to create a small patch to test the public rather than testing the patch. If the public does well enough where they get good enough feedback, then they will open up more Tespia opportunities. Round 1: some good feedback, opens more. Round 2: not enough good feedback, increases amount of people getting in to get more feedback and make round 3 a success. Round 3: totally bombed. bad idea. case closed. all 3 times had the level up NPC. I, for one, used this privilege to try all the characters i could never make. But I did do reports. Round 4: -take out the lvl ups, take out the exp. boost-, decrease the amount of people in. and test it for a redemption.

But wouldn't them opening up Tespia show that they're actually trying to address issues in a patch? I mean sure, 1 week isn't enough to get a lot done, but that's more their fault than ours. Imagine this: from 5,000 members, you're getting 7,000 emails. About half of them are "OMG I GOT IN THANK YOU!!". Deleting/moving those, then moving on. You get 1 legitimate glitch, write it down, say you'll address it and move on. At the end of the day, you'd have like 400 or so different issues (over-estimating and some could be related to another). There are some bugs that have never been reported (I found a few before). Addressing said issues to the developers, testing to confirm it's a glitch, and finding a way to fix it. All that can take at least a day or 2. Nothing really gets done in the 1st day. That's common. By the time that is over, it'd be Thursday and by then, you have many more e-mails. Rinse and repeat. If they decreased this to 1,000 members, it'd be easier on them and things you can actually get done with the tickets much quicker. If they didn't plan on making this a success, they would never had added MWLB to it too.

I mean sure, 1 week isn't enough to get a lot done, but that's more their fault than ours. but the thing is, there are already tons of gamebreaking glitches in the live servers -- poorly coded autobans, try cc'ing w/ your cc window open, windows 7 and vista support, bossing disconnections unrelated to vista/7 graphics issues, rampant hacking (once again)... and those are just the gamebreakers. when nexon decides its time to check up on your email, you lose every old mule/alt account associated with hotmail. try submitting a ticket from those accounts and get ignored. paypal and earning nx dont work for me or some of my friends. these are issues outside of the game itself that get ignored and should be considered extremely high priority. forget tespia. the company isnt really worth helping right now. shiny new items are just a distraction from the real issues nexon refuses to acknowledge and sifting through a mountain of false bug reports for the one gem is a waste of customer service's time since they plan tespia poorly anyways.

It's actually pretty humorous that everyone was so sure it was going to be krakia and now lots of peple are upset that it isn't some level 140+ area with brand new super training spots all the way up to 200, 26 new pqs,504 new types of scroll/potion, 784 new weapons, the TM for hyperbeam and the triforce.
I think this area looks decent. Maybe you shouldn't all set your own hype meters from one picture to over 9000 next time.

I have a question:
![]() Will this bring back broken items? Also, what if you used it in conjunction with a clean slate scroll or another scroll that doesn't take a slot upon failure? Random_Overlord Wrote:I LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE YOU N3CKZ0N!!! You can't be serious... |
