from what i've seen he says it because he thinks JMS is superior, both in terms of management (probably is) and community (maybe is). my position stands; if you hate it that much then you don't deserve to participate in events like this.

that's just my opinion from what i've seen though. i would say the same for any other member who took every chance they could to berate this version of the game and was the upset that they couldn't access an exclusive event.

I'd be pretty annoyed as well if nexon gave me an invite to tespia and then told me that the account they invited me on wasn't registered.

Hating a company's incompetence when it comes to running a game as intended and the lack of support for the millions of customers that are affected by said incompetence has nothing to do with someone deserving to play gMS or participating in gMS events.

He wasn't even really complaining like most people do >_>. He was just stating that he can't play and it makes no sense why he can't play when his account was chosen for tespia.

i wasn't basing anything on that post, i only quoted it to state that i was personally relieved based on every other post i've read of his over the last year.

why do you all think i would say that because he's upset about not being able to log in. if i were invited and couldn't log in i would be mad, too. and i didn't say the same thing to combattente who posted the same issue. he's passionate about GMS. shikage has made it very clear that he feels GMS is worthless... just yesterday he stated he'd rather not play maple at all than play gms.

Just do what I'm doing -- Quit MapleStory in its entirety. I mean... GMS isn't worth playing in the least bit and KMS has nothing to offer me, since I don't want to restart completely and I don't know the least bit of Korean. =/

Hell... Maybe this will finally get me off my ass, off the internet and out in the real world. lol Maybe it's time I go enlist as an officer in the military to become a Japanese linguist. :S

Its an event from what i can see. Kind of like the Evan event where you collect the etc items for the box.

Yea. Im hearing a lot of schools are starting the week this is supposed to hit the official servers. If this isnt some kind of 3 month event, its crappy.

This is going too far, although maybe it's just me because I've had enough with upgrading all the time only to have my efforts wasted due to things like the potential system.

Still kinda wondering about the VIP crossbow... Lets hope Nexon didn't throw crossbowman and their advancements into the Screw You pot along with AMs.

Note that he stated that he doesn't want to play either GMS or KMS. He's not just targeting GMS for the hell of it. This alone gives me reason enough to believe that he has weighed his options, and decided to play JMS instead. I believe he has stated before that the reason he likes JMS is the community; which would imply that he dislikes the GMS community in general.

Another possible reason for his dislike of GMS would be the fact that it's pretty much broken as hell. *points to 30 slot overall*
