MSN and Korean Code page?

So... I set my settings for non-unicode programs to Korean, so I can play KMS, but msn doesn't work like that, and I need it.
Is there anyway to use it without changing the setting? It's a pain to change back and forth everytime I want to use either, since I have to restart my comp to change the settings.
