I don't think they've adjusted the drop tables for GMS in all honesty, it's just that ours are very close to, if not identical to, KMS's, so it appears that way.

No, and not every drop is on there. Some of them aren't on there for whatever reason, though I can't think of any examples off the top of my head.

The Dropbook has them dropping from stuff like Teddies to Horntail. :x

I thought there were lore entries on the monsters. Was I wrong in that, or are they simply not present in our data yet?

Do you know how fast Double Shot is? It's, from my sources, 144/minute. Lucky Seven is 100. Just imagine a normal attack. T_T

The reason for items not being list is because they only list items that drop normally without an event or anything else going on; well that is what I think at least.
