Recording game programs wont work for maplestory?!

[SIZE="6"]hello im currently playing maplestory and i wanna record it. I was using fraps and it wouldnt work.The numbers would pop up and when i press record the numbers turn red for a split second and it turned back to yellow. So when i downloaded, hypercam 2, taski, wegame, and xfire and it wont record for maplestory it records my desktop and other games but it wont record maple. What is going on? I was playing rumble fighter and fraps and the other programs worked fine but it doesnt work with maple.

Fraps works for me.
I usually have to start fraps before maple, otherwise maple crashes.
Typically I record in windowed mode, if that makes a difference.

You have to record in window mode, because it can't register on full screen.

Only fraps works on full screen, and you gotta buy it or use the trial version.

tried that still wont work and i went to my friends house and he has fraps unregistried and he records maple in full screen, but. Ill try the other programs in video mode and see if it will work. Thanks for helping though

I can fraps fine in fullscreen with fraps.

Currently recording in fraps, both windowed and full screen.

Did you check you try simple things, such as changing framerates or recording key? Also, getting some specs on your PC would help.

What version of Fraps and Windows are you running?

Fraps 2.9.x (2.9.2 to 2.9.6 or so) doesn't work for Maplestory running in Windows Vista/7 and will do exactly as you described (frame rate tursn red, then suddenly back to yellow).

Try another version of Fraps and/or try 3.2.3 on another Windows user profile or another computer. If neither works then I don't know what to tell you =P

Nothing about Fraps 3.2.3 and Maplestory from a Google search.

If I'm not mistaken; just try checking what you've got for a key bind in Xfire under the video options. If possible, just set it to something you find easy enough to remember it'll surely work for you.
