Yes, the new pink scrolls. They come from the peanut machine, I believe.

I don't know if this one gives the same thing, but they added an exchange option for the borked 40% scrolls from Cassandra's Top Secret quest to get 50% scrolls (not sure if pink).
Alternatively, you can create a new account and level a char to 10 to get the same borked scrolls.

It's the same pink scrolls. (+5 WATK)

most of them are still 40% untradeable scrolls.

I can vouch that they do come from the Top Secret quest. I got a MATK version from Cassandra yesterday.

Do they boom? I don't see it on the scroll but I don't want to take the chance of it not being on there and destroying my gun.

They don't have a boom rate. It's just like 10%s and 60%s. If fail... never boom

Id assume 2h because you cant wear a sheild with it.

Yes. If you go around the FM once in a while, you'll see a few people selling them in the shops. Yesterday there was even someone in Windia smegaing that he was buying 50% 2H Weapon ATK scrolls for 180 million each.
