Quick Question

with the addition of potential equips, and its chance at hidden attributes, would it reasonable to go regular Dex rather than a dexless DB/hermit? Would one benefit more from using said regular equips such as lvl 80 pirate set rather than a 24dex Bathrobe and such?

I'd think that low dex would still be good, I mean, if you have 4 dex and had 10% dex added to get some extra equips, where would you go?
IMO, everything would be no different. Low dex would be standard because craven and reverse will be as popular as ever, have the best bonuses. You will have somewhat more room for dex & plenty for luck. Skandas get a semi weaker boost, and can't be maker'd.
