You do know that a lv 160 Archer has about 4k HP. 3.5k damage is more than enough.

Considering the exp was nerfed, does this imply that it's OK to go mist/demon/web them for toes now?

I liked that 20k knockback idea.
So how about this

Same hp
Damage reduced to around 3k-3.5k touch
Changed to boss monster
20k knockback
invincibility during jump removed
Exp turned back to normal

well no, once again that's a data issue. However if you aren't aware they CAN stun right now; I found this out at a dangerous moment by getting stunned during a HH solo. XD

as for Bigfoot EXP it's undoubtedly a temporary measure to prevent further leveling abuse.

Nothing wrong with bigfoots touch damage, any 4th job archer shouldn't have ANY problems getting past it, heck, I got past it easily on my 8x archer without even coming close to dying. Consdering it's KB is somewhere below 100 as far as I could see, any 4th job archer shouldn't really be getting close to it, even more so since you have the 3rd job summons that STUN if you really need something else other than spamming soa or strafe to kb it out of the way of your portal (or to kill it), your doing it wrong :/

Should we nerf every monster in the games top damage to 3.5k then so archers can get by it? Because the way I see it, 12k damage is a big warning sign saying DO NOT TOUCH.Rolleyes

I like it better this way, Phantom Forest is actually dangerous now that the bosses aren't all being killed within minutes of spawning. I don't really want to see anyone down to level 3x running around it carefree =x

Have you ever seen Anego? You know, boss commonly soloed by archers and NLs? And how large its touch damage is? And how much larger its close range damage is? Stop complaining that BF does a lot of damage, it's supposed to <_<

There reason that BF's damage is much more unreasonable than Anego's, despite being lower, is because you can spawn on top of it, fall, and die in one hit.

This nerf seems better for me... IMO, i think they should just lower the HP a bit (i don't know.. say about 7-8 million?) And then keep it's "glitched" status 0_o

Not too much hp, decent training for the lower levels... it could work...

Hopefully they don't ban for using poison/web cause i still need a toe =P

Ya, cause a KB of 20k isn't impossible for most lower 4th job ranged chars with apples even >_>.

They shouldn't have made the exp THAT bad. Honestly, making him have only 250k or so exp per kill but he can only be poisoned and not webbed (NLs get to much and F/P mages never get a break >_>) would be a much better fix.

Now once everyone has webbed or poisoned themselves a toe every single map is going to have bigfoot in it killing innocent players trying to get to the keep. No one is going to kill bigfoot because he gives absolutely NO lasting reason to kill him.

Why don't people understand yet that this is most likely a TEMP fix until they do a patch in which the true changes can be made. Right now bigfoot is nothing more than a 32 mill hp, 1hkoing road block that will soon have absolutely no purpose when everyone gets a toe. So basically, this isn't it.

Anego is completely different. There is a spot on the map she cant pass(unless you make her) so Archers are safe to shoot away without fear. BF on the other hand has no safe spots on the map where an Archer can fire away from without getting hit.

It is the unavoidable hits from BF, his speed and his glitched hitbox that all make BF a shocking boss for Marksman in particular.
