after making an item epic, is it just random after that if it becomes unique or not?

A Level 100 Pirate Hat, and it came out +100 MP anyways >_>

Bought it as an Epic with 3% all stat for 70m. 4 cubes later it turns Unique!

PINEAPPLE I came. Best shoes yet.

No screenie yet, but the other day I magnified these lvl 100 warrior pants that originally had +3 dex.

The results:
Hidden Bonuses: +10 dex, +20 acc
Final total result: +13 dex, +20 acc clean level 100 warrior pants.


How much could I get for this?

It makes a cash shop emote appear.

They're not all cash-shop, my Scarlion Hat has 10% chance to feel enraged, which translates to F5 face.
