Thanks.

I forgot about them and I was training there on my first WK (lol).

I didn't do well on gobies. Mostly got shoes (they drop about 7 different shoes... seriously, I found 3-4 of each), only 1 cape and 1 earring.

Gobies don't sound so bishop friendly :/. Oh well harps have been nice. 1 drop every 2mins ftw

I was at Gobies for 20 min of DB 2x Drop, and warped to Harps because I was fed up with the drops. You definitely get a lot of drops there (like you do anywhere with 10x equip drop rates), but to echo Stereo, not a lot of common class gear.

Bentuar spent a good amount of time at Bains with decent success on Rose Earrings. He and I also spent some time at Red/Dark Kents, and those are alright, they just drop Kataras like candy which can get in the way.
It's hard to get more Bishop-friendly than Harps.

Harps drop 2 capes (Black Seraph and Green Giles) and 1 earring. Pretty nice if you ask me.

Hunted Dark Yeti & Pepe most of the day yesterday hoping to get a GrossJaeger with potential with the new drop rates +2x, but I didn't even find one to begin with.

Also, I finally got to see Snowman drop the level 90 weapons he's been said to have forever. Still, I need to try more efficient spots.

More on topic, while hunting snowman, the mobs near him gave me numerous White Gaia Capes.

EDIT: Found one today, and it came with potential, along with some gold drops.

Anyone know where to find the potential scroll at?

I've gotten 2 item enhancement scrolls, 1 from rexton/cornian map and other from golem dark golem sleepy dungeon map, and no potential scrolls yet.

For items in the 70's range as a bishop either go to the rash/dark rash map 1 map left of leafre, or go harps nest 2.
While hunting at harps on 4x drop I got a pineappleing 3% INT rare lvl 75 black cape that outdamages my 15 stat PuAC.
While at rash/dark rash I found my outlaw a lvl 70 overall with 3%dex and other stats on it.

4 hours of Skeles - solo, 4x drop - = 2 potential, 2 enhancement scrolls. (I am lucky I guess, they all worked even though they're 70/80%s)

Since I gained around, maybe 75-80% exp in those 4 hours, I killed ~5800 Skeles.

So on 1x that works out to around 1 in 6000 if I had average luck.

Next chance I get, I'm hunting pirates. Amazing spawn, and captains drop 2 capes and 2 earrings, plus a ton of other equips.

I was at MTDs yesterday during the 2x exp event, with my priest (level 87.) I wasnt there to get equips but I was there to train (because 2x is 3720 exp.)
I got about 30 equips and about 4 or 5 of them were hidden potential.

Eww. And I was planning on heading to Birks again to try to get a potentialed Dark Arund and Dark Wing Boots. I did get a regular Enhancement scroll from the first Birk I killed two days ago, though.

Feh, I hate how almost all of the Level 80+ Archer armor and weapons are from bosses and/or Level 90+ mobs that can kill the average 8x Archer in two hits...
