How is it different than weapon attack %, on a Claw?

What i believe is that total damage means it takes into account ALL damage factors that one has, thereby increasing the damage more than the +% weapon attack (which is weapon attack based obviously).

Since it's multiplicative, it makes no difference. It's just factoring in the increase in a different spot.

well it was just a guess xD I'm no expert. I was just saying that % weapon attack focuses on weapon attack, but total damage takes the damage from your stats and weapon attack and then multiplies that by a certain %, which i thought to be more than just weapon attack damage o_o

at 750 str that 3% would give 22 str and it's clean. You can make a pretty penny right there

You could easily sell that overall for 150m+ i'd say to a high level warrior, but it will only deflate over time since +% equips aren't really out there right now.

Yeah, that overall is about 38 str clean for me :x

Only hidden potential equip I've found so far at Gobies.

No epic/uniques for me yet.

The only good equip I've gotten so far is 10 Dex clean strawberry earrings. I'm hoping to get rid of my old level 25 earrings with 10 dex before they plummet in price

Ok I was hunting at the forest East of Leafre for a good hour and didn't find one potential equip found tons of equips, am I doing something wrong?

Nah. You're doing fine. It's all just random luck. Sometimes I go a whole 30 minutes without finding a potential item, sometimes I find 3 in less than 10.

Yes, you have to use a potential scroll. They cannot come out unidentified like drops.
