On a more serious note, the entire map is glitched up. I actually went up to Orbis so I could find a pet food merchant and that NPC disappeared entirely. I tried Mu Lung too, but to no avail. My Silver Mane is hungry. :[

Other maps' NPCs are messed up, too. Spinel fell off her platform in Leafre, it's part of the background now, apparently. Try jumping to it and you'll land below it just like Spinel. ):
