Owl Feathers do nothing

Describe the problem. Be as specific as possible!:
The owl feathers from the Dual Blade boxes are supposed to be useable once the class is released. However, they still do nothing. Additionally, the Explorer and secret boxes that were rolled back and unusable are still unusable.

It just doesn't do anything.

It said something about using them July 30th, so you should try opening them July 30th.

I've used 4 Owl's Tail Feather and I've gotten the "Weren't able to exempt energy" thing in the chat box.
