Sounds Ninja Gaiden hard. I actually had that also, but I didn't like how it played.

ShiKage Wrote:Well... The second game, if you were to die, you start all the way back to where you started at the beginning of the game, which means you have to travel throughout the game to where you were again and hope you don't die trying to get back to where you were. The game is almost impossible to complete if you're a casual gamer.
You also lost all of your experience, in case you had any.

challenge mode: complete the entire game without ever getting more hearts than what you start with, and/or only use the broken knife.

F4 I'm too scared to finish oot. I've beaten every temple up to the spirit temple/ garudo desert one..... but I just didn't want it to end. It was the same with twilight princess and wind waker.

BTW good job Larka

I played this game as a 3rd Grader, and beat it as a 7th Grader.

Hope you have good luck!

Question --- Does anyone else name their character "Link" over their own name? Or am I the only odd one that does it? I do it for every single Zelda game and I never use my own name. XD

I alternate between Link and Zelda. Some games change some variables if Zelda is your name.

Your discussions made me want to play again. I can't play ms because i'm at my father house so i only got the choice to play OoT or WW. Which will i chose???

Edit: Ok. I will finish WW (currently at forsaken fortress for the second time) and after, move on to OoT.

I don't know how I feel about trying to beat this with the broken knife, but a 3-heart challenge might be fun... I have OoT on the VC, so maybe I'll start one of those soon. Also, on the subject of character names: I always call my character Link in any Zelda game I play. I usually go with default names (at least for characters if not files as well) with the exceptions of games where there are no defaults or the names are utterly awful. It just feels wrong to me to call Link anything but Link.

Meh. I got to Twinrova in the Spirit Temple and died because I lost too much health at the stupid super darknut. lol Then my dad kicked me off the TV, so I guess Ganondorf is my goal for tomorrow. Tongue

Restarted OoT from the beggining. It bring back good memories. I'm now at Goron village. I can't stop laughing because of the dance the goron chief is doing. Oh my. On another note, the owl is creeping the sh'it out of me. The music that start when he arrive is just so creepy too. Anyway, back to playing. What a great game.

Whoo~ I just got Twilight Princess back from my uncle and his wife. I'm going to start playing through that again from the beginning. Though, I still wish I could get my Wind Waker copy back so I could play it. To be honest, I think Wind Waker takes the cake as my #1 most favorite Legend of Zelda game. I played it for like 2 years, if not more, just playing around on it, even after I completed the game. And really, the graphics for it were amazing, I don't care what anyone else thinks.

Majora's Mask is the best Zelda. People in it actually did things.
