Cash Shop Mastery books.

Okay, so I get that some skills have been capped at, let's say, lvl 6, and to advance you'll need to buy a CS Mastery Book.

Now, my question is: Do you have to buy one Book for EVERY LEVEL of the skill, or just to unlock the further levels? If it's the former, I'll give up on making a DB.

The Dual Blade skills are capped at Lv5 (The Tier IV ones cap at Lv10 I think). You need a single book to unlock the remaining 15 or so skill levels. Cash ones give 1 free SP and work 100%.

Interesting...I thought they capped at 10 and the books allowed you to go to 20/30 depending on the cap.

The 20 ones are capped at 5, the 30 ones are capped at 10. This holds true for the 4th job books too, DBs only need one book of each, while most 4th job skills require 2-3.
