Nope, it's a hardcoded exclusion for all non primary-adventurer-classes. Untill Nexon America Changes this, and opens CwKPQ for everyone...

iirc Dual-Blades are considered adventurer thieves by the coding(as they are 4xx) and will be able to cwkpq.(although they won't be able to activate Sigils). Fiel specifically stated that they are the first new class after pirates that will be able to enter the party quest.

We would have to wait until the release though to be sure.

Pretty sure Arans and Cygnus can do the quests too now. Evans could always do it as far as I know.

We don't have to wait for anything - the second facebook Q&A answered this directly:

Nexon Wrote:Q: Can Dual Blade characters enter Crimsonwood Keep Party Quest?
A: We haven’t made changes to the Crimsonwood Keep Party Quest to allow additional classes. Only the main Explorer classes will be able to participate. This does not mean that this will remain this way forever. Wink

There's always the slim chance Nexon messed something up

All classes are allowed to do the episode 1 quests now, so as long as nexon remembers to allow DBs, then yeah.

I suppose, but relying on a glitch is risky business.

There are several ways they could code the PQ to limit it to adventures. The easiest and fastest way is to divide the job ID by 100, round down, and check from there. If it's 4, they're a thief. DBs would fit that.
Code:
if ( int(get.JobID/100) == 4 ) { pqPosition = THIEF }

Doing anything more than that would be time consuming. There's no reason to, so unless Nexon makes a specific effort to keep Bladers out of the PQ for an unknown reason, they should be able to do it just fine.

The way they phrased it, it sounds like they "forgot", "don't intend" or "don't know how" to make changes to adapt Dual Blade's jobID to CWKPQ's whitelist. If the jobID of Dual Blade is indeed 4xx, they probably won't need to do anything for this to happen. I would strongly doubt that Nexon would put effort to change that.
