Good lord unpleasable fanbase. What do you want, a box of shiny swords flying all over the place moving faster to replicate increased speed?

It's a simple skill with a simple purpose. It doesn't need a ridiculous animation, you see it a hundred times anyway.
The new booster is just easier to look at than the old one.

Aran: Giant Polearm above head
DB: Logo above head and shadows sneaking around body

Swords twirling above the head wouldn't be half bad, at least for the warrior classes.

This is a game where visuals are everything. You spend your time to see bigger numbers, cooler sprites and animations, and wear prettier equips for prettier numbers. Graphic improvements are always welcome.

Actually, I wish they had actually revamped Victoria to look on par with Eldestein graphics. Going from Victoria > Orbis > Eldestein will feel like going from a 2000 > 2005 > 2010 game, lol.

Ido Booster looks like that and the new booster resembles that. It's basically spiral of blue 'wisps' around your character.

It looks fine. I didn't have a problem with the old Booster, and it's a little flashier now without being obnoxious.

I'm interested in the change to Boomerang Step. If I'm reading it right, you get a 20% boost to the next 3 skills you use after each BStep? That would be awesome. I'm glad they're finally increasing the variety we see in our gameplay styles. Even spamming only 2-3 skills is better than the way it is right now where some classes like Heroes, NLs, and mages hardly ever have any reason to use anything but one attack key.
