Fresh start?
#1
I'm contemplating whether to stay in Mardia or switch to a new world to make my Dual Blader.

Mardia:
-Level 7 sprite
-14m+ mesos
-guild/friends

-dead economy
-bland community

New world:
-fresh start
-possible good community/economy

-no friends
-0 mesos (starting off is going to be horrible)

I would love to stay in mardia, but it seems like it's slowly dying.
I don't want to go to Scania, because there will be a flood of Dual Bladers PQing and 0 empty channels for PQs, but I don't want to be all alone in Mardia after the hype over Dual Bladers is over.
Can anyone relate? Hurt

I just don't know what to do. Someone help me decide Frown

If you meet someone really nice from Southperry that plays on the same world you go to you would start with mesos.

That was an example. I'm wondering if there are good worlds that have an even population. Not an overcrowded one and not an empty one.

and duelman, how is the population in Bera?

Out of my 2 days of random boredom in Bera, it's a little more crowded than Bellocan, as far as I know. Haven't buddied anyone yet, besides randomly whispering.. another.. Southperrican in Bera, anyway. :f6:

I would highly recommend gathering mesos right away from either the box event, or the Lost Snipe Jump Quest by selling the potions to an NPC shop.

The level 50-120 maps on Bera (Jesters, Lower Ascent, Wolf Spiders, Himes, Galloperas etc.) are all obscenely crowded.

If you like training in the daytime (eg. maybe 10am-midnight server time) or during 2x events then it's not easy to find maps, when you're in that long gap between Roids (lv.50) and Jr. Newties (105) / Skeles (120~).

I haven't had a ton of issues training, unless I go to gallos or jesters or LA during peak hours.

The population almost completely leaves me alone, very few times does anyone not listen as long as you
type out "change channels please".

I haven't seen any other southperrican's except stereo since I started lurking here last year..

Shoot me a PM if you need help with anything in Bera.
