Anyone want to help give me some feedback on a small project for a class?

Yes serious topic is serious.

Just heads up now it's a ~1,800 word document. It's meant to be a pamphlet that gives a simple guide on free software and tips you can use for free that will keep ones computer safe from the dangers of the internets.

The intended audience is people starting high school to people in college, so I'm not giving a complex verbose eye reader, but a quick and dirty guide. It's meant to be something the average high school/college student can pick up and be able to dive right into reading and make use of the information. For example, telling me I'm missing information about using proxies or changing IPs won't help because the average person is not going to know either of those terms. I'm only covering things that requires simple steps. The software that I covered involved Firefox, Chrome, Avast, AVG, and Spybot. I am not as familiar with the ins and outs of Chrome and AVG so part of your feedback can be telling me what I didn't mention.

I need to collect feedback on how usable it is. I made a surveymonkey survey so I have a place to collect all the information. Here's the link where you can give your feedback on:

And here's my quick and dirty "guide"

 Spoiler

Thanks in advance to anyone who helps.

Was this made for someone computer savvy? If not you need to remove things like IE and stuff and write the actual programs in the spot. Don't use shortcuts.

Whoops. Thanks for catching that. #3 was supposed to be "What's confusing?"

In essence it's not for people who are computer nerds nor is it for people who think "cleaning your computer" literally means cleaning your computer. Take say your friend's sibling who knows how to use the internet but knows nothing about keeping it safe, give them the pamplet/booklet, and they can get an idea on what to do.

Don't abbreviate? Gotcha.
