I have a question about the balance patch. Double Shot's range is being improved by 30%. Is Burst Fire's range also being improved, or just Double Shot?

Well, triple fire does literally replace double shot, and RF is also getting a range boost, so I assume yes.

I need help with 4th job skills. I've already decided to max Cannon, and after that I'll be working on torpedo, battleship, and Bullseye. After that, I have no idea what to work on. Any suggestions?

Either MW or Rapid Fire (to 21) depending on your needs and situation. Remember that you can use MW to equip your weapon once you get a good level of it. Once you do one, do the other.

After that, I'd say finish Torpedo (assuming you left it at 21 earlier), finish Rapid Fire, and then get Air Strike to 21.

manon is the only "boss" that drops it along with squids.....

So with the Potential System somewhere around the corner, should I make myself an Android Top/Bottom instead of an Overall? Should I make the Android Shoes/Glove as well or would it be better to make a class Shoe/Glove instead?

Wont really be a big deal if you have a lot of ship hp. Just get on ship, use apple, then don't de-mount.

I don't even use Apples. The only place I'd ever use them would be at HT, which my computer is too terrible to handle, and PB, which I can't fight for obvious reasons. In other words, the strongest bosses in the game. Bosses like Zakum and Pap are easy enough that it isn't even worth it to Apple. Since everyone's damage went up about 3 times and they didn't raise the HP of bosses, even HT should be pretty quick without Apples.

Level 120 - 130 Corsair training = Extra slow?

It seems like no matter what, anywhere I go is extra slow. I'm guessing it's because my ship is so weak that I can't really use it.

Is newties still the best option? Cause if so then I really need to start finding some parties.

Newties is the place to go. Use Torpedo on the bottom right three Newties until you get 4-hit Cannon, then just use Cannon in the same place. You can practice making your boat last a while too. And yes, you should party more.

I'm guessing/hoping that partying speeds it up a lot? Cause I never really party trained in 3rd job.

If you have HS it can nearly double your training speed.

Is there anywhere to train a 37 slinger to 50 soon at a decent source of exp? Golden Temple's out of the question, because after 30 minutes I have no NX to get back in. And CPQ's out of the question because I'm not a decent level to actually get in one and I don't have anyone to cpq with either.

Iron Mutae, ~40k exp every 10 minutes using only Double Shot.

As for newt training as a corsair with stronger cannon, I prefer doing middle. Stand in the middle and freeze both sides, clearing both. Bottom gets buggy for me (newts don't delay like they should)

You need to have someone within map range of the newtie for them to delay properly. I just hung an HS mule right above me and fixed that pretty easily.
