The range... eh, it's 180 fixed, instead of weapon reach + 200 splash (beginning of KMST tweaks), it's adequate, yes, but I feel that it is kind of short for a skill that hits 6 monsters (Brave Slash has around the same range), 200-ish fixed would be more logical IMO, but it shouldn't really matter with Rush anyways.
I don't understand where you're getting that it is fixed at 600ms. The attack speed of the skill hasn't changed. 600ms is indeed the cap, but you need a Fast (4) weapon or SI to reach it. If it was fixed at 600ms, that would only benefit you, because you could use a regular Fast (5) 1h sword and still do the same damage.
180% is fine with Rush.

All Paladins rejoice, finally here is the video we have been waiting for. it confirms they changed the dual charging formula from the crappy way it is now in gms to what it always should have been in the first place. Even better it confirms dual weakness stacks. Eventhough this guy has a low range of what looks to be only 10,063 from what i could tell cuz it was blurry, the highest i saw was around 230k blast and 111k acb .
can anyone translate what he says in the video?

Does anyone know how dark knight's sacrifice work after KMS 1.2.102?
The skill description said it ignore W.DEF, so it still suffer from PDrate damage reduction?
And how does the "% damage taken from HP" work?
At level 20, its 11% damage taken from HP, it means if Drks hit a boss with 200k damage, he will take 22k damage himself??
If it works like this, then is this skill still viable for bossing?

I assume it ignores both PDrate and PDDamage, but we'll need to test that. Sacrifice takes 11% of YOUR max HP now. If you have 20k HP, you'll do 2.2k damage to yourself with Sacrifice. I'd say it's an expensive skill to train with, but definitely viable for bossing.

No.
Currently though, it's guesstimated to be :
Hit Rate = [ 20- ( Mob Lv - Character Lv ) ] / 20 if the Mob is a higher level. If you are the same or higher leveled than the mob, you hit it all the time.
It's not perfect, so don't use it as a crutch.

Have you forgotten that orgasmic picture of an Archmage using Big Bang on Buffies? There was a miss amidst the awesome damage values...and that Archmage was more than 10 levels above Buffies...

I tried using my pure int evan in kms, it had no problem getting a 100% hit rate on mobs of its own level
However, i have seen that lukless mages deal lol low damage now

please try bosses like anego, samurai, maybe bodyguard a,b, grandpa boss and horned tail

so in anycase, if they dun have grandpa boss (which is the boss with the highest avoid in maplesea such that even lvl 200 MELEE chars like heros/buccs cannot dmg him at all), (but 17x mages can) then their next highest avoid boss ought to be ht.

I was talking more about the Jipangu bosses. Horn Tail is in all versions, of course.
Even so, I doubt you'll get anyone here to test anything on Horn Tail. Unless you know someone who's 160+ in KMS, the chances of getting someone to go to Horntail for our testing purposes is zero to none.

Fiel, i'm just using context clues here, but the nova hood is a reward for getting to levle 70 in the new nova server, right?
if so, i'm so dissapointed i translated the name of it. i was looking forward to it so much to be a zhelm replacement, plus it looks just like the reverse/timeless chive with way better stats to complete my outfit. x(

Other than that image and a few first-patch-reports, there is no one else who has missed on a lower leveled mob. :/
Like many other things, they probably changed the formula around in the patches.

1204 STR isn't that high. It's a lot of STR by gMS standards, yes, but it isn't some godly amount. Potential Scrolls scoff at 1204.

I actually miscalculated the w. atk needed at first in that post, which was why I edited and said nevemind, but I guess I got ninja'ed anyway.

I tried, and failed, to calculate the attack three times. Finally got it, then realized I did a 2h Weapon. Ninja edit saved me.

okay so one thing i was wondering, is bast still a forced stab? will they remove the difference between slash and stab attack, i think i read somewhere that slash and stabs will be the same, either that or i was just fantasizing =D
