So yeah

There are a few skills that erroneously have the blue background on the icon because they were originally designed to be passive when they were first implemented into kMST then changed to active later on, such as teleport mastery, echo, and from a long time ago, stance.

FluffyFoxxie Wrote:O_O CO works with Snipe. What does that bring the cooldown to?

The skill formula works so that it doesn't decrease its cooldown any further. It does bring mp cost down to -10 though O_o

Wait so...I'm confused on how it works on some cooldowns. Let's say a bishop uses res while combat orders is on. If, hypothetically, the Paladin disconnects and Resurrection returns to lvl 10, would it still take ~18 minutes for Resurrection's cooldown or the usual 30?

And video proof of FA working with Ultimate Strafe:

 Spoiler

This totally made my day.

Great, great, just great. I'm really happy of how this big bang update turned out to be.

Also, I see they brought back Snipe's cooldown to 5 seconds while decreased the damage to 500k. Well, you know what, I prefer lower damage but being able to use it more often instead, so this is just awesome.

This is really motivating. I can't wait until it comes to GMS.

Skill levels > 32 result in some weird numbers. I would have capped the skill levels at 32 if I were Nexon.

Ugh...it should work for crusher too since DrKs don't get a new attack skill like EVERYONE else.

So far, no one has given any indication (proof, I mean) that it IS over 32. We will have to wait for word otherwise, but in the mean time assume it is 32.

And Kakashi, think of it this way: Berzerk gets a nice improvement, adding damage to ALL skills.

It does work for Crusher. It's called Dragon Buster in KMS (says Booster in that table lol). oops I was looking at the Final Attack table. It does work for Dark Force though.

o.o So CO only works on 4th job skills, but is a 3rd job skill?

Here's the dealio on that.

Double Fire (Gunslinger) works the same way. Burst Fire (Outlaw) is a passive skill, but it replaces Double Fire. After you put one point in BF, you can't put DF in your skill quickslot or the quick keyboard. BF replaces it, and you can put BF in your quickslot or keyboard. So yes, it passively replaces DF, but it's also an active skill because you use BF instead of DF.

In short, Ultimate Strafe is a passive skill and an active skill at the same time.

Or as I like to call it, a Passive Upgrade. x.x

Technically, Full Swing and Over Swing are Passive Upgrades too. :x

Fiel Wrote:There's a problem with Beholder's Buff and Combat Orders I hope gets fixed.

If you use Combat Orders with Beholder's Buff, the time between buffs becomes 0 seconds. Does that mean you get all buffs instantly? I'm not sure. But I hope it doesn't cause a game crash. If you get an item which gives +1 to Beholder's Buff on top of that, the time between buffs would become -2. I cannot fathom how that could be calculated.

It looks like Beholder would cast all 5 Hex buffs at the same time
Translation: level 22 : 0 second interval, 108 seconds lasting each buff, 38 attack, 330 wdef, 330 mdef, 132 accuracy, 132 avoid

Confirmation Combat Orders can bypass Mastery Books
notice his MW is capped at level 20 mastery but with CO it's level 21

Screenshots also confirm Combat Orders can bypass Max Master Level and does not apply on the skill until you have 1+ SP on that skill.

That's pretty sweet, still looking for a SS of a char with CO + item levels though (either a cape that adds +1/2 to all skills, or a reverse item)

it was both smart and an even bigger party perk that CO exceeds max levels 1) so pallys don't get a bunch of free ghost SP and an edge over everyone in terms of SP, & 2) everyone else's skills can GO TO 11 (or 33), so to speak.

edit to add: also it's way smarter for all warriors to get final attack instead of ground smash.

He means in 4th job before and after Big Bang. Dark Knights don't get any new attacks, just buffs.
