It's still the same 90% at max. As Stereo pointed out, it just gains 2% success at every level now, instead of 1% after 20. But to compensate lvl 1 is 10% lower. It's just better for Combat Orders/Equip Skills now.

Wasn't this all supposed to balance classes? Even with critical it's not even close. Beholder's Revenge is garbage, and that 1220 gets a x1.6 increase with Enrage.
Am I missing something here?
yea you missed something. 210X3=630% not 610% :O
sac is 690% so 690X1.6 is like 1104% then you ignore wep def so it becomes like 1250% (im guessing). There's also crit chance and higher multiplier for spears and pole arms
brave slash is still better tho

It isn't balanced? Drks have not only a higher damage multiplier to lessen the gap, they have a skill thats downright required for a majority of end-game bossing, and no longer suffer from the Zerk threshold,(can't stand next to a Bishop, not being able to take a hit with 50%- HP, etc etc)
Higher mastery and being able to ignore defense(especially since it can play a much greater role this time around) is also superb.
I don't think being Balanced means everyone does the exact same damage.

yeah i apologize if this is a noob question, but are you planning on deleting these/the older obsolete KMST BB threads to consolidate and create a finalized thread with all class changes and animations?

I'm really curious to know what skills work with combat orders... If Sharp Eyes works with it... That'd mean an even better critical chance for the full party...
OH! Important question. Was Meso Up changed from +50% mesos to +150%, making the mesos over the double, or is it just 150% of the total mesos?

brave slash is the same speed as brandish. it was 720 ms but heroes were chewing through mobs so it was set back to brandish speed.
After watching some videos on kms you can really see the difference in how bishops play, they are true debuff masters and using tele mastery only makes them that more dangerous.
F/Ps are true Dot masters now, it will be fun to see how well people can control them to get maximum dps

I somewhat agree with you.
But i do believe the game should be balanced in accordance to tiers: tiers that represent the importance of character traits in maple story. The higher up or more valuable a lacked trait is, the greater other traits should be to balance it out.
If i had to look at the general traits of everything in the game, i'd have a tier list like this:
-Top Tier-
Single Target DPS-1st
-Upper Tier-
Mob DPS -1st
Party Damage Support-2nd
-Middle Tier-
Party Survivability Support - 1st
Range -2nd
Survivability - 3rd
Mobility - 4th
-Lower Tier-
Money Saving
Currently, some classes have middle tier abilities in spades while lacking upper tier ones, like shadowers, arch mages and DrKs, they all have great survivability, and the Shads/Mages had Mobility in spades too where DrKs had Party Survivability Support. However, all three where infamous for lacking good Single Target DPS (until recent patches)
So they had very high amounts of middle tier abilities, yet only lacked one, and it was enough to make their popularity drop. What went wrong? Their advantage in middle tier abilities DID NOT justify their severe lack of higher tier ones; namely damage.
In order to succeed at balance this time, this means closing the gap DrKs have, it doesn't need to be eliminated, they can lag slightly behind. but now knowing the value of class traits now: means that this gap should be relatively small... the people just currently have doubts that what has been done for their damage so far is enough to make that gap small enough.
