Solar boy screwed that up.
The Iruvata Boosters come from the quests from T-1227, who is contacted through T-1337. Really, you are doing the quests and everything through T-1337, but Nexon wanted to make it confusing.

Actually, what's even smarter is that the quest is for level 50+ but you can't kill iruvatas unless you're 70+. They're really promoting 20+ levels at day
