Its now up and accepting applications! The site seems to be either a little buggy, or heavily trafficked atm, so reloading the page is what it might take.

It kept doing that for me, I just reloaded the site.

I submitted a mostly perfect entry besides from hitting around the stick on the fact that if they don't run the game with the same kind of care they give to mabi it's going to suck balls..
