Will Nexon put DB skill books in CS?

KMS may be more greedy than GMS, but i don't think KMS has GMS' pro marketing schemes.

Well, I just wanna point out the following:

Games Published by Nexon of America

Games Published by Nexon of Korea

Most, if not all, of those games have the NX system. Nexon of Korea makes loads more money than Nexon of America because they have way more games, perma NX isn't that generous (also perma NX only applies to equips and various use items. Pets, shops, emotions, aura rings, especially aura rings (500 NX for 1 day), are time limited like here). And by next week, we'll have 7 character slots vs their 6, assuming you had a character in the world from the start. Not only that, but the cash trading system was implemented long after the introduction of the MTS. The grass seems greener on the other side, but that's only before you take other factors into consideration.

And, let's not forget, not only did they introduce the concept of NX Mastery Books, they also had more mastery books in the cash shop, and they cost more too.

Saying "KMS is more greedy than GMS", is like saying, "My left arm is more greedy than my right arm". -_-

According to the facebook announcement they won't exceed the cap of 6, but everyone who doesn't already have 6 will get another free character slot.

The cap is like 15 or 18 right now.

Then I'm woefully wrong. xD

Does anyone know if I'll need to find books for all of their skills, or just 4th job + the CS ones?

it's just those few that were mentioned already. Unless they go mass evan on us and make more of them CS only.

Mentioned earlier? Someone named 6 of them earlier, and then some other people are saying 4.

i know one is a pre requisite for another skill (as in it needs to be maced) so essentially thats 1 more additional skill. So i would say in the ballpark of 4-6 is viable.

Slash storm is a pre-requisite of bloody storm - the latter is a direct upgrade of the former. Hopefully we'll be able to get all the important ones for under $10 via CS. I don't plan on getting more than one point of tornado, and even that is just for mobbing.

We'll almost certainly have to get Slash Storm, Tornado Spin, Mirror Imaging, and Flying Assaulter from CS, unless they decide to add Hob King PQ with Dual Blade, or even bother letting those drop at all, and I somewhat doubt they will.
Sudden Raid and Thorns Effect are both 4th job skills, so those will probably have skillbooks dropping from bosses(Zakum, Papulatus, and Horntail primarily)/Leafre/ToT mobs like the other jobs.

So in other words, I only have to worry about slash storm, mirror imaging, and flying assaulter (I'm not paying money for tornado spin >.>). Will we be able to save SP via different jobs like most guides suggest? I.e., use SP from 2nd job in 2nd job+.

Why do you post things without reading the rest of the thread? Putting that aside, this is just old news.

Is Tornado really even that useful?
It definitely seems less useful than the other nx-requiring skills, but as a whole, what use does it really have?

Tornado Spin makes a nice combo with Flying Assulter as seen here (and almost every other db training video) here

It's just not worth the NX to get a skill whose entire purpose is to knock things back. They're already got enough of that going on - I can live with a few stragglers that I can just re-flying assaulter/stab up.

Quick question: does anyone know if mirror imaging will require summoning rocks?

is tornado spin pre-req for certain skills??

also doesn't db job advancement require u to spend all ur sp from previous job in order to advance? If that rule applies to DB then you MUST purchase all skills

Tornado spin isn't a requisite of any skill. You can save SP, but only from job to job; first job SP can be used on second job, second job can be used on second+, etc. etc.
