Describe the problem. Be as specific as possible!:
seeing DB's are coming out and seeing as how i would enjoy them, i decided id dig up some of my old accounts. only one, a newer one, which i had validated on Tue 10/27/09, is the one im going to use.
now here is where this thread comes in: on every server this account has the capability of only having 3 characters made per server. now, i know that this account was made before evan's release, so i should at least have 4 slots open to make a character, yet on every server, only 3 slots are available to create a character.
what could be the cause of this, and how would i go about fixing it?
if this belongs in another forum then can it be moved? best place i can think of where this issue'd apply.
