[1.2.319] [ENG] Adventurer skill revamps
JoeTang Wrote:For Judgement Dragon, I believe what occurs is the skill gives you the probability to drain HP back from a monster, but no more than half of your maximum HP may be returned at once.

Would make a lot more sense than it only being on when below 50% HP. Korea has done some pretty crazy things in this whole patch craze, but reversing Berserk and giving a critical that works like the old Berserk would be silly.
So for Judgment Dragon, it's 30% critical with 10% chance of draining HP. What is the +5% critical then?

Critical Damage?

10% chance of HP absorption, for how much? Shouldn't there be another variable for this?
But if this is right, dammm, multiple simultaneous orgasms.

True. 100% absorption sounds a little too ridiculous. Beholder's Healing would be rendered obsolete...except when you're stunned or sealed.
30% critical rate
10% drain rate
5% drain from critical damage?

Makes little sense for a skill to add critRate and no critDmgBonus, but I'd like to believe what you said.

5% dmg absorption sounds reasonable as well.

That would make it a 35% Critical rate and whatever the base Critical damage is...right?
if only i have a KMST acc.. -_-
Is it my turn to post now?

OT: After reading it for over a hundred times, it seems really likely.
Quote:"Description: Dragon increases critical chance when using skills and a chance for some of the physical damage can be switched on. However, more than half of the maximum HP is impossible."

3 variables, fitting nicely.
Would anyone be able to give the new Marksman skill a go at translating? It has been bugging me lately since I was wondering if I should save for it XD

If you're talking about the new 4th job skill, it's +10% accuracy and 20% chance to ignore defense (usually 10% damage reduction on regular monsters, up to 25% on bosses).
Google Translate:
Description: best to hone marksmanship. Error Correction and permanently increase the target of attacks can bypass certain level of physical ERA
Level 10: Error Correction rate of 10%, 20% of attacks ignore the target's physical ERA

Oh my fucking god.

If snipers are gonna need 10% more accuracy to hit stuff, we're all fucked....

Halp Cyanne, tell me it is not true =[
Unless marksmen hit 200 immediately after 4th job, of course they're going to still need accuracy...

Maybe it's just to fit the theme of Snipers: They always strive for one shot, one kill. Any chances of missing means they have failed to uphold their motto.

By the time they can even two-hit stuff, they should be able to hit it 100% of the time.... Giving the class with the highest accuracy in the game more accuracy does not bode well for classes with Primary stats that don't add to accuracy - see: Warriors and Mages(?). If they don't need it, why give it?

possibly the only class that can take on monsters higher level? that would be cool if you ask me

This was the point I was trying to make in my original post =[ Hazzy said it right.
I just noticed... did they remove the fixed range from Paladins' Blast?
