Two random noob questions

1st, is there any bad effects if you do 2nd job past lvl 30? I have a warrior, and I think I might do 2x for 30 mins in one of those monkey mini dungeons, and I wouldn't like to waste the extra 2x after I reach 30 (25 right now, will probably reach 30)

2nd, how do you get the level 35 weapon that looks/has stats of the lvl 50 one?, I know it's through cassandra, but at least on my ring slinger I never got the quest for that.

1. I'm pretty sure there aren't, but I haven't advanced to 2nd past 30.

2. If you already have a rental weapon, like the level 20 one, you have to drop it to get a quest for another one in your level range.

There's no negative effect unless you are the priate that uses knuckles (they get max hp increase that you would want to put points in right away). Otherwise just don't use the skill points gained after lvl 30 and you can do your job advancement withought any difficulity.
