P/C> Boomerang Step 30

I recently got this book, I believe it dropped from pap. If anyone knows about how much it's worth in Windia, I'd like to know. Thanks in advance!

~I put it in my shop for 100mil to see if I'd get offers and it actually got sold for that price. Didn't think someone would buy it. But I won't need a P/C on this anymore now. Unless I sold it way underpriced..
