I either prefer Kana with spaces so the kana is grouped with the sound of it's kanji or kanji and kana all in a mush.

It's not as though kanji could have possibly worked in those old games, though. In Mario-sized font, at least.

Here's stage 1, and you can follow the links in the comments to watch the rest. Even if you don't want to play 'em, they're really entertaining and edited really well. The best part about it is that it's an actual guy is playing on them and discovering each of the pitfalls for the first time, rather than the guy who made it or worse yet a frame-perfect run. No doubt though, the player is incredibly skilled. If you want to actually play them (god help you), I uploaded them here. You will want to find and activate an infinite life cheat. I think any regular 'ole Super Mario World one should do.

I just thought I'd use the same name that the guy who hosted it did so that people could more easily find it. Besides, I believe that that's explained in the comments of the first video.

Need another translation. :<
![]() I just KNOW it's a taunting message, I just KNOW it.

MariaColette Wrote:Need another translation. :< Also seems contextual. Edit : wait... I made a mistake. "The monkey you run into on the moon" (?????????) I don't know. Like I said, it seems like it's very contextual. It seems like it's part of a much bigger piece to me. つき = moon (dunno if this is the right definition for this sentence, though) に = particle for "for," "to," etc. つきささる = to run into さる = monkey tl;dr : I have no idea. I'm retarded.

Then maybe, "monkey who reaches for the moon?" Lol Still just a guess.
This is why things are so much easier with Kanji (at least for us non-Japanese people).

Well, close enough. I get the concept. XD
This game needs a translated version. :<
