Dual Blade Questions....

New way to avoid attacks being a dual blade? I thought the invincibility was only from when you actually hit a monster, but when you just use the skill? Wow... This class gets better and better each new video..

KMS hitting damage cap on CoH... wth will Dual Blades be like in GMS? Question for those good with the damage calculation math, is this possible with current equips or is this on +% stat equips?

This is the closest class to what I'd call character control.

The first part of the Chains attack works the same way as Bstep. It's pretty noice.

and no, no Dual Blade in GMS will be able to get anywhere near that damage without Apples until we get % equips. I really hope we never get them.

That kind of damage needs like a 30k upper damage range or something, so it's way higher damage than you could expect without potential scrolls, even with apples.

So stack effect sacrifices mirror image but you can re-cast it right after with it staying in effect...?

Do dual bladers keep casting darksight in order to not get hit by bosses?

if so, doesnt it suck to have to keep casting it nearly half of the time? or can this be fixed by macros? what if you didnt get pulled out of darksight, but your macro casts darksight? otherwise you could just put darksight before every of your macro

also can DB's use SE from a bowman and Thorns together or do those 2 always cancel eachother?

also, in the papulatus video posted above, the DB is only taking 2k ish damage, thats less then usual right? do DB have a defensive skill i missed?

question: what adventurer ring would be better for a DB? i have a page made now, but i doubt ill be able to get another character to 50 in time so i think im just gonna get the ring from the page for the DB. i had thought that a cruel ring'd be better because DB's get thorns. =s

I got mine a crit ring....because I was thinking 120+ at the time, but cruel is better for under 4th job I heard.

The OP brings up a good question: can you use bloody storm for its invincibility frames without having a monster nearby? I know that you can use FA without a monster being near, but it won't go as far because it's not pushing anything back.

Also, why does the guy in the pap video keep going up to that platform? Don't tell me you can't hit him with final blow from the ground...

After 120, db have thorns which impoves/gives them a crit rate meaning a crit ring would be more beneficial.

Since KMS didn't get an AP reset thing, I'm worried gms won't get one either so for the coming of thr big bang update where would be a good place to cap dex on a dual blader?
