read previous posts and you'll see what i mean. everyone is liking it now, but they'll hate it later. This happens everytime a mage class is created.. e.g Flame wizard and evan.

I'm only interested in these jobs because they work for the Black Magician... .___.

I'll probably take a break from Maple during the balance patch and Dual Blade (though I'll probably log on to chat/mess around) and wait until the Resistance jobs come out and pick up Maple again. I do need a break from the game xD

I really wish the KMST players would stop wasting all that SP on MW. We all know how that works. I would rather see the new skills at their full potential.

Weren't Hero classes the ones meant to fight the Black Magician? Sorry if I'm out of the loop on my lolMaple lore. Or is something along the lines of Resistance are the ones actively fighting the Black Magician and the Hero classes are DESTINED to fight the Black Magician?

Hero classes I think are destined to fight the Black Magician because they have history with him. I think the Adv classes along with Cygnus and Resistance wants to fight him because they don't like him.

their name implies otherwise. they seem to be a specialized group against the black magician much like cygnus except not terrible.

Considering 3 of the 4 job groups in the game fight against the Dark Magician, I think it makes more sense to say Resistance fights against these other groups. Resistance means: "The action of opposing something that you disapprove or disagree with." So even if they are with the Dark magician, they could work as the "Resistance" against the good guys?.

Actually this doesn't make much sense, if they work for the dark magician, why not just calling them "Black Wings"?. We will have to wait and see.

Well, I guess now we have proofs that these jobs suck. Such a damage range and his damage couldn't reach the 10k hits without criticals.

Range of 14k and auras without a Battlemage? What the bloody hell?!

Also, aren't Wild Hunters supposed to have some passive inbuilt Critical? There is just something wrong about a ranged class like this that's an archer but without the archer goodie of having a passive critical. Hopefully that gets tweaked in sometime in the future.

So Spadow said this in one of his comments on the blog:

Hyper Body stacks with the increased HP from Beast’s Anger. When the buff of Beast’s Anger disappears, your HP won’t decrease until Hyper Body runs out.

Ehhh? Can anyone here confirm this?

That sounds kind of interesting, although so far it's looking like I could just make a full-hp bowmaster and have about the same combat effectiveness sans hb mule. They'll probably call it a glitch and fix it by making them not stack in the next kmst patch, without addressing the real issue with the class.

So have Hyper Body NOT stack with Beast's Anger? If so, what is the point of getting Beast's Anger?

While we're on Beast's Anger, maybe a good way to address the damage isssue is make that buff last the whole 180 seconds. +30% damage should be a decent boost. I'm aware of the HP boost too, but heck, if Battlemages are getting away with 8-10k HP at 10x-12x I don't see why our archer version of the Resistance class can't get an 80% HP boost.
