I remember when I clicked [I forget the pw] / [reset pw] / [reactivate] thingy, it showed me the hint of the emial such as

a_______@gmail.com

no. of underscore doesn't match the no. of characters masked thou.

and they have a link at the bottom [for thoese who no-longer able to access that email, click on it will re-direct to a page asking you to fill out the change email form

e-mail requests are only looked at if they were from an university or ISP e-mail provider. Everything else will be taken to the e-mail providers themselves. Also nexon won't give out information as part of their "secruity" policy.
