Yep, I'm getting the outside of Japan error as well, with VPN and without. Running the exe by itself doesn't work.

Refreshing say that there's maintenance until evening... hopefully VPN is still viable.

Thanks for the quick response. Are you sure that first character isn't an " i " = " い "?

い has a longer left side. り is thinner and has a longer right.
