As far as I know, the only reason why mages need a damage formula revamp is so things like potions can grant a higher damage boost than they do right now. (Specially apples) If true. the reason why this will never happen is because KMS simply has no apples or pots that can increase attack over 10 points, and unbalance the damage gap between weapon attack and magic. In this case it wouldn't be the magic formula's fault if mages are not accepted for bossing, but GMS's fault for creating apples and spoiling all of you kids

I have the feeling battlemages are only weak in their early jobs because they will be hella strong after their 3 job (just lile Gunslingers and corsairs). IN any case, its been out only 1 day, it will be out at least 20 days more in KMST before it gets an official release so a lot of things can be changed in that time.

Not to mention they look like they're supposed to be a support class with all their party buffs... It's just a secondary bishop that focuses more on stats (speed, damage, etc.) than on the individual party members (bless, heal., HS)

Their beginner skills have them, although the way to acquire them isn't revealed yet.

Battlemage apparently is supposed to become a support class or so I heard.
Also the fourth job skill seems to have cool down on it, yes the kind of cool down we all hate...

TakeBacker, KaidaTan and myself share a KMST account. At the moment, we have a level 62 Battle Mage. Listen to him. He knows what he's talking about. The class is literally a PAIN IN THE ASS to use. It's easily Carpel Tunnel enducing. The attacking system for this class is almost exactly like Arans, except it's waaaaaaaaaay worse, as the skills don't always activate and the timing to use the skills are... odd.

jaguar looks nothing like the saber tooth mont form wk if thats what hes talking about lol and in wk its only a mount thats fast and you cant attack on it and it has no skills at all
