DrRusty Wrote:Kimi no Iru Machi 90 - Is Haruto really this much of an idiot?
He pretty much dedicated himself to helping her, so if he isn't able to justify his actions, it'll feel like it all went to waste, even if he is wrong.
Haruto's an idiot and Eba is a hoe or the guy with anemia is blackmailing Eba to get in her pants. Whichever the outcome, this arc in the story irks me.
Not current, but since it is ongoing: Usagi Drop 1-12: Cute series. Would like it if the artists drawings weren't so awkward at times, and if there were more backgrounds, but that stuff doesn't usually bother me much in a series. I'll continue reading it.
Wow you guys were right on with your prediction. I really do wonder what Yuno's true intentions are, from what she says when Yuki proposes to die together, it seems that it's the same as what happened before. It's almost finished
Whoever predicted that she was God before, and was from a different time-leap/dimension, kudos. They did have sex though, lol @ nipples part. What I didn't get was why she wants to kill him. I'm a bit confused, because I assumed she loved him. If she became God before, she only went here just to be with him (again), yet she's going to kill him and become God once more? You can't revive the dead, right? Therefore, if she kills him, she just wants to become God again so that she can leap to another dimension and play the entire thing all over again and be with him (before he finds out the truth), etc. So it's an endless cycle.
Not really mind-blowned, since I forgot who came up with the theory on SP, it was probably Spidey, but she's right.

She wants him to kill her. She wants him to live on and become god. However, he doesn't want to kill her. He wants to die together with her. She doesn't care about the world ending, but she does care about Yukki's existence coming to an end. She could easily just kill herself, but she knows if she did that, Yukki would probably kill himself as well, or something along those lines. He has to take her down with his own will for him to truly accept the role of god. Otherwise the whole leap was meaningless. That's why she feels the need to kill him and become god again, so she can reset the game all over again and fix what went wrong.
What I was more interested in was the fact that she said
Spoiler
that she was a virgin, despite being the second time through. Though, me and Smooth Criminal were talking about it, and it makes sense that it's possible they weren't so intimate the first time through. Especially since Yuno seemed genuinely surprised and happy when she got the "become one" message in her diary.
Still wondering how this series will end.
My thoughts
Brown loli pseudo-god will save the day with some kind of "there's a way to revive everyone, but in order for hat to happen..." plan.
From here, I'd think the following outcomes can happen:
They both ascend the throne as the new gods
Yukki becomes the new god, Yuno turns into a loli and they live the rest of their days together (lol)
World is remade with Yukki and Yuno both removed from the time line permanently.
THERE IS NO REAL WAY TO SAVE ANYONE. INFINITE LOOP END~
In any case, it's obvious that Muru-muru is going to pull something out of her sleeve to spin the plot around. The question now is what that ace up her sleeve is exactly.

I didn't come up with it. I thought something along those lines, but the exact theory itself I found online somewhere.

Well the second time through her diary say Yuki, and earlier when her decoy diary broke, it said Amano instead of Yuki, wouldn't that have meant the first time through wasn't as intimate since she refers to him by his last name?
Kimi No Iru Machi 91

HA. I was right, it was due to his illness. I really don't know what to think about Haruto though.

World is ending, everyone is dying. There's no real way to resolve this without another loop back. Whatever our little savior has up her sleeve, it has to be something pretty big.
Or, she becomes god, Yukki and Yuno are set on the newly made planet, and they repopulate the world again (lol)
Shadow Trainer Wrote:I've been reading Usagi Drop and well Rin was cute as a child. I don't like this 10 year time skip because I liked the series when it was innocent.
Series was better with Rin just as a child. I started the first few pages of the timeskip chapter and put it down because I don't know if I like the idea of them skipping her cute kiddie moments. Seems like it'll just become generic romance or something.
I'll continue reading to get more of the story, but I'll probably think of pre-timeskip seperately. The first part was really nice though.

The latter part of the story isn't so interesting, it turned into generic high school romance. =/

WHAT THE pineapple?!?! Why the hell are they keeping the baby??? I shouted are you a dumbass in the middle of the library today.
One Piece 578
Spoiler
Dragon on the cover completely destroyed years of built up hype and badassery but when it came to his first act as a revolutionary on the Grey Terminal he redeemed himself. As usual Kuma is in the background silent and all.
I've got nothing much to say on Ace and Dadan vs. Bluejam except that this is probably where Ace get his DF ability. That King's Disposition there makes me think that he has it undeveloped like Luffy because otherwise he could have just Haki'd his way out to freedom during the Whitebeard Arc.
Sabo's gonna die, I have a feeling that a Tenryuubito's going to run him over. Ace even said something about the Sabo incident upon his death and Luffy specifically stated that Ace is his only brother. Then again it's Oda, who the hell was expecting him to take half of Whitebeard's face and make him still badass by dying standing up?

Kimi no Iru Machi 92...I would say 18 pages flew by so fast and none of the panels are memorable at all. The pacing of this arc is just taking its sweet ass time. I'm guessing Kouji is going through writer's block.
Freezing: it's like Claymore meets Soul Eater with some harem. And the birth of a stupid catchphrase I dare not type.
Franken Fran 38: Reminds me of-
I wonder how musk of Japanese teenager smells, anyways. Ending made me pretty sad that he died like this for nothing.
Franken Fran 39: I could have sworn I saw the same rat mascot from the chapter where a guy who commit suicide had his body placed into a mascot outfit.
Deadman Wonderland 35: Crow is pretty GAR. One of my favorite characters alongside Hummingbird. Yeah, I had a feeling there was more than meets the eye with Madoka. Most characters in this series are all pretty screwed up people (except Crow), it's not unreasonable to suspect that it just seemed too convenient for a random forgery to help out Ganta to the point where it just seemed right to suspect him as really being an enemy for Ganta in the future. I mean, take a look at when we discovered about Hummingbird being, you know, Hummingbird when we first met her?! God, that "I'm sorry, but the whole virgin knight thing fucking disgusts me" panel was one of my favorite twists in the entire series.
