tldr version: nexon randomly deactivates accounts now (even though they said they will only do it to accounts that inactive for longggg time), forcing you to reactivate it through your email.

no email? byebye account ;[

i had 2 mules i logged 1-2weeks ago deactivated (i successfully reactivated them ;]) yet my mains are fine.

if you log into the site on the account you lost email to, go to : http://billing.nexon.net/pmet01/PayB...&Sale_code=005 and you can find the email that coincides with the account. if you lost the password to the email, thats a whole different problem

How can I log on to the site when it keeps redirecting me to re-verify my account? I lost a couple of mule accounts that I did log onto within the last week, but Nexon wants me to verify the account. These accounts were made in 2005 and I can't remember the emails on these accounts. =(

What happens to accounts that aren't verified or re-verified?

Nexon wouldn't delete them, would they? Would suck for someone who takes a break for a few months and then tries to come back only to find their lv 200 account has been deleted.

I hope not. As most 200s don't want to play after anyway, that'd just be plain stupid.

This is so annoying, Im unable to access 90% of my accounts. Not my fault I didn't wanna play this game for a few months.

Seriously, pineapple you Nexon
My main and 2 mule accounts are safe (I have their email accounts), 1 mule was deactivated and I can't reactivate it and I am currently emptying 2 more mules that I don't know their emails, but were not deactivated yet. Most stupid security "improvement" Nexon has ever made.

you copy paste that link into your address bar after you login.

only problem with that is you CAN'T log into the account because it asks you to verify first. so technically you're pomegranate out of luck.

o.O i did it just fine for 3 accounts. you need to know your current maple login and password to do this. after you login it will show you the "PLEASE VERIFY" blahblah page. when you see that page, you copy paste the link directly into your address bar (dont click anything else), then click continue at the bottom of the page.

this method worked for everyone that tried it o.O

it only shows "[first letter of email]__________@domain.com" I think i'm doing something wrong =(

and i paste the link into the address bar, but i still get the normal page. if i just paste it regularly into address bar, i get a "page cannot be found" message from mozilla.

Thank you. I didn't think Nexon would be stupid enough to leave it open like that, it's especially funny how when you try to access that page it gives an "activation required" error but opens the page with the email address fine. The link you posted is broken though, the actual address is http://billing.nexon.net/pmet01/PayByCas...e_code=005
Eh well saved another mule ;P

http://billing.nexon.net/pmet01/PayByCas...e_code=005 is the link, make sure you don't copy paste directly from this post, but from the address when you open the properties of the link. i guarentee it works since i've used it personally lol.
