Name Change On Hold Again

Dear Maplers,

We are still experiencing the name change bug. This bug prevents players from logging into the character that received a name change. From the most recent name change procedure, we have fixed the characters with the bug and we will resolve the system bug in the next game update. The character name change processing will be suspended until then. Players who are in queue for a name change or plan to purchase a name change during this time will be honored in the next game update in a few weeks.

We apologize for this inconvenience. Thank you for your patience.
