1. What towns still give out medals? (I heard all towns but victorian towns stopped)
2. How do I donate? Do I donate just mesos?
3. How many mesos does one need to donate to get the medal?
4. What day of each month are new medals handed out?
5. Is there a cap to how many mesos you can donate?
6. What is the average amount of mesos donated by people who get the medal?
7. If my donation is highest, how do I get the medal?
8. Say I donate 2.1b and im the highest and I get the medal. Do I need to donate the most every month to keep the medal, or do I donate once and someone has to donate over me before they get it?

It varies a lot epending on the people competing to get the medal

1. Only Vic towns.
2. Forfeit all medal quests fom Dalair and accept the donation quest in the town you want to donate to. Yes, just mesos.
3. You have to donate more then whoever has the medal at the moment, which is a hidden amount. If no one has donated, then 100k minimum donation.
4. As soon as you donate the most, no specific day. It resets at the beginning of each month.
5. You can only carry 2,147,483,647 mesos on you at one time, so that's the max amount. Your donation amounts don't stack.
6. Depends on the town - each medal has different stats. Lith and Sleepy tend to be more.
7. Talk to Dalair again.
8. You keep the medal as long as you're the highest donator. It resets at the beginning of each month.

Start the medal quest, and donate to the red box in the town.

You have to have the highest amount bid. Kind of like ebay.

The 1st of every month, you lose it at the end of the month too.

I'd say pretty high 200-500m

You get it automatically

You have to donate at the beginning of every month to keep the medal. You lose it at the end of the month if you have it.
