Pokémon Black and White versions

I think they'll go with Grass/Poison, Fire/Ground or Rock and Water/Ice.

The grass starter has amazing evolutionary potential. I'm currently tossing around a crackpot theory/hope that it'll evolve into a Grass/Flying or Grass/Rock, inspired by Quetzalcoatl.

Currently thinking pure Grass, Pure Fire, and Water/Ice. Not so big on the latter, but loving the pure types.

I want the grass one to be grass/poison for the lulz.

According to Serebii (But they said it isn't confirmed yet), they are the Grass Snake, Fire Pig and Sea Otter Pokémons.
I'm leaning towards a Grass/Poison, Fire/Ground, Fire/Fight or Fire and Water type end stages.

ATM I'm undecided about all three. Interesting creations, DEFINITELY stretching the creativity limit, but Game Freak could go either way with the evos. I don't think final calls can be made until we see what they become.

I think I'm going to choose the Grass Snake. I've always chosen the fire starter in gen 1 to 4, but the fire starter this gen kinda disappoints me. Some people are nicknaming the Water starter "Derpderp," lol.

On a different note, anyone know how Black/White will be compatible with 4th gen games? I mean, how are battles or trades supposed to work if 5th gen pokemon aren't in any of the games?

I was thinking this too. They might do a GSC-RSE cut off, but I always blamed that on the plethora of glitches in Gen 1 that they wanted to get rid of.

Anyone else think that this region will connect to some other region a la gold and silver? The train tracks make me wonder...

Now that I think about it, I could totally see that Grass Pokemon evolving into a Grass/Flying type.
