Iron Mutaes. You'll never get hit and the spot is good right up through mid-late 40s.

Which skill should i use? Because the fire attack is little weak...
IDK what you guys are doing with your evan, but mine is regular with his LUK...

Of course fire circle.
You'll have to put up with that until you get Ice Breath.

What about Kid Mannequin from Kerning Square?

Mutaes will require Fire Circle because Ice won't hit below you far enough (The safe plat is just a bit to high off the ground). Once you get your Ice Breath up to a decent level (after lvl 45) then you can switch to Roids (the safe plats there are low enough to the ground that you can hit them). Roids and Mutaes will be the same speed for 2-3 levels, then Roids will become faster.

...And Normal Luk is a very bad idea. Cap your LUK asap.

As far as Kid Mennequin, you are going to have a hard time hitting them until you get past lvl 40. The pot burn is also going to be high. You'll get hit a lot and you will get your skills disrupted.

FWIW, here is my training career -

38-50: Iron Mutaes and CPQ
51-57: C-2 (Roids and Huroids)
68-70: Windraiders
70-85: Redd Kentaurus
85-105: Galloperas
105-120: Gallos and Skeles, Qualms
120+: Mostly Qualms, but also skeles and Gallos

I went from 1-120 in 22 days. 120-130 in 8 additional days. Avg daily playing time: about 3 hours

Well i decided to spot putting LUK and take some stuff from my other mage...
But beside Fire Circle is very weak because they are not weak to fire... And If i will go to Block Golems it will be stronger... :S

Btw, should i max first? Ice Breath or Ice Breath?

I stayed at cold eyes until i got a good amount of ice breath. after that I went to truckers. my training places have been... cold eyes> truckers> mp3> windraiders> red kents> red wyverns> blue wyverns> gallos> newts> newts/skele

Ice breath or Ice breath?
Ice breath obviously.

And you've been given plently of training spots already so I won't add mine in. Just try out a few of the ones given and until you find one that suits your taste. There are only so many maps with good spawn with a good HP:Exp ratio in maple, if you have a level 142 bishop you should probably already know all of these. Obviously CPQ is going to be incredibly fast if you can get a good TW, or FW, and maxed summons with ice breath. Pypq works too because your 6 target mob skill at level 40 ensures a S rank everytime from the first point in ice breath.

Stronger doesn't mean faster. It will only be faster if you can kill more of them in the same amount of time. You have to consider how much moving around the map you need to do. Mutaes will require very little movement. Block Gloems is a lot of ladder climbing. at lvl 40, I was gaining 1 level every 25 minutes on 4x at Mutaes. I skipped Wyverns altogether because the amount of time wasted trying to get to the plats didnt make up for the increased experience. Killing 10 Kents at 1600 exp every 10 seconds (the spawn tick) is better than killing 5 Wyverns at 2500 Exp and then having to either wait for the spawn tick or climb to a new location. (The spawn for red wyverns is 3 per plat, making it a waste of time trying to climb up and down the map. At best, you can kill 2 plats per tick. Even with spawn buildup, it never does equal Kents at high speed, but it does make for a break from the tedium.)

Newties has the same problem. You spend your time trying to get around the map and not get knocked off. Otherwise, you spend the whole time at the bottom killing only 4 targets. and getting hit a lot. (Flame wheel makes newties more tolerable since you can wipe out a whole plat in 2 shots. Same with skeles.)
