So, DarkestTempest won the UU tourney. However, that's it. The UU tourney. Yeah.

Who will win the OU tourney!?!??! Would it be Rayquazza2233, the great master of stall based teams? Russt, the random dude in the corner who's great with numbers and counting and computers and all of that hard stuff? Dusk, the random dude in the other corner who's great with numbers and counting and computers and all of that hard stuff? Or Omni, the Dragonite lover boy (or girl) who's supposedly really good at 3rd generation battles? Or Slaking, who showed a strong showing with his Slaking until he got defeated with his Slaking until Slaking and his Slaking got beaten by DarkestTempest who beat Slaking and Slaking who was not using a Slaking? Or maybe SpideyJVC (or her alt), who's an old veteran? Or perhaps ClawofBeta, that egocentric idiot who was so sure he was going to win that UU tourney that he made a whole thread about how he was the Pokemon Champion...oh wait. Or maybe DarkestTempest, again, who said he's not good at UU even though he won the UU tournament? Or maybe..you!?!?!?!?

[SIZE="5"]Rules[/SIZE]

• This tournament is using the [SIZE="5"]overused tier.[/SIZE] That means you can only use Pokemon from OU and NU and NFE and UU and BL tiers. You CANNOT use Pokemon from Uber.
  
• Battles are best out of 3. This means you have to win 2 battles in order to beat your opponent. A player can surrender the entire game, but be noted that you will not be allowed to reenter the tournament.
  
• In the event that you are unable to play, just PM me and your opponent will just face someone off of the reserve's list.
  
• If a player is inactive the entire week during battling session, then his opponent will face someone off of the reserve's list.
  
• Batting sessions are one week long, probably.
  
• If two players are inactive, then someone in the reserve list will automatically be declared the winner and would face the next opponent.
  
• If two players cannot face each other due to time zone differences, the person with the closer timezone to EST (or in a tie, then PST) will be automatically declared the winner. Sorry "loser," but it's only to keep the tournament going.
  
• I do not require logs of the match. However, in case of a dispute on who was the winner, I would need the logs, so it's better if you save the logs of all three (or two) battles.
  
• Typical battle rules as declared by Smogon.
  
• - Sleep Clause (only one Pokemon can be asleep at a time)
  
• - Freeze Clause (only one Pokemon could be frozen at a time)
  
• - OHKO Clause (no 1hko moves)
  
• - Evasion Clause (no evasion raising moves)
  
• - Species Clause (only one kind of each Pokemon allowed per team)
  
• - Strict Damage Clause (no need to worry about this)
  
• - Soul Dew Clause (the item Soul Dew is banned)
  
• -Only OU, BL, UU, NU, and NFE Pokemon are allowed. I'm going by Smogon standards.
  -No cheating of any kind. Period.
  

Shoddy Battle deals with most of this, so it doesn't matter. Oh yeah, we will be using Shoddy Battle to be battling our Pokemon on the official Smogon server.

We should probably leave Latias out of this, as it's been voted by 60.6% of Smogoners eligible to vote to be uber. The revote (only because it's not a 2-1 ratio) is probably going to be in the middle of our tournament.
