Because every gen before it uses this uniform triangle, and while that combination does work, it's still unlikely that they'd switch up the formula this late in the game.

Omg. I'm seriously laughing so hard because of these pictures. But, really, worst looking starters ever. They're just silhouettes, though, perhaps they'll look better when fully shown. :/
