Crazy Myou-ze-ke in kerning square

Two questions:

1.) I know he spawns in that time limited place, does that mean whenever you enter, and walk <- he'll be there?

2.) If 1. is yes, does he drop anything good? Would it be worth trying to farm him?

3.) What else is worth farming in Kerning Square?

So everything drops those accessory scrolls? Because I know those drop in kerning square.

Spirit of Rock is the only monster in Kerning Square that drops 30% accessory scrolls (according to HS.net). Other than that, they all drop the same stuff.
