I have, and that's only because I absolutely detest cake. Frosting is disgustingly sweet. I'll take angel food cake or strawberry shortcake, though.

100% yes. Frosting is nothing but sugary lard. The only cake I can really stand is strawberry shortcake, cheesecake and chocolate. Plus, pie can have many different fruits in it. I don't think cake can brag about that.

Counterpoint: Cake is considered a type of bread, technically; whereas, pies have crusts which are the main differences between cakes and pies. Cheesecakes have a crust... and they aren't spongy so they can't be considered cake.

Thus Cheesecakes are pies.

This statement gets to represent the lack of cake knowledge abroad. There's LOTS more varity to cakes than to pie. Cakes can have all the fruits a pie can, and a trillion of other fillings, crusts, nuts, etc and so on. When my son has his birthday parties I usually make a cake with cream, vanilla sauce, frozen raspberries and at least 3 kinds of fresh fruits. Obiviously cake win on varity alone. Pie is great, cake is better.

Cake racism is despicable.

This is a tough one. I likes me some ice cream cakes, as well as german chocolate cakes, as well as others...but i love banana cream pies and others....CONUNDRUMS!!!!!!!!!!!

Second, I consider ice cream cake to not be cake at all (though sometimes contains a layer of cake within the ice cream) but rather a giant scoop of ice cream with all the toppings/layers mixed in. Cheesecake is both and yet neither cake nor pie, it has its own category of cheesecake and hence has no bearing on the situation.

Third BROWNIES! No love for anti-brownie agenda that Nexon is force feeding us! We need to boycott cake for the sheer injustice done to brownies worldwide!
