So I got a Jirachi. This is a very special Jirachi. Came with a Capsul. As such, I can't PC, release, etc it.
How do I get rid of it?

capsyuls are the things that you can play arond with so when you call the poke out it has a special effect. go to your pox and theres a capsule tab if i remember correctly
The Pokeball capsules are simply for fun. When you enter a battle and throw the pokeball to release your pokemon, little decorations can come out along with the pokemon. You get the seals case by talking to a little boy to the right of Solaceon Town [he's by the ruins - later you will find him in his house.] You can also show him some Unown to get alphabetical seals. There are more seals, in my opinion, better seals, you can get by buying them from a store in Sunyshore City [on the ground level]. When you go to the PC, just click the capsule, and apply the seals, and apply it to the pokemon of your choice. However, you'll need to detach the seal if you want to put that pokemon in your PC.

Will, the capsules in the box only show the capsules that you specifically have designed. If it came with a capsule, you didn't design the capsule and thus it doesn't appear. You can't change that which you cannot see.

Question, how did you get the Jirachi and is it in a cherish ball?

I think its a Draco Meteor Jirachi from Gamestop recently. It appeared as level 83 and 217 while glitched. Now its just level 5. Knows Draco Meteor, 'course.
