I just gave it a shot and this is what I came up with:

Some of my thoughts. I haven't been playing a Nen Master for long, so I'll try.

Grappler Tab: If you find Neck Snap useful in PvE or PvP, go for it. It's mainly a skill used by Nen Masters in PvP.

Nen Master Tab: 10 Doppelganger isn't exactly a must; 9 is fairly fine. However, if you do use Doppelganger Blast often, downing an enemy or launching it and then setting up the Blast around it can prove useful. Generally, most Doppelgangers won't trigger before the time is up and will just fade away. Khai is good stuff. Not only is it an easy way to get light element onto your weapon so that you can pummel stuff in Aphelia Post, but it adds on damage to your physical attacks. This is a bonus because Nen Masters aren't purely magical, but are a good mix of both. Lion's Roar is much more useful in PvP than it is in PvE, as it is used in PvP for its stunning and catching airborne targets. I haven't found myself wanting to get this skill, so I didn't get Solar Shield either.

I highly suggest Tiger Flash so much that I'm giving it a paragraph by itself. The best analogy I can give it is 'going Super Saiyan'. Although it changes your basic combo's element to light, it does give you movement speed and it does change your basic combo and dash attack to new stuff. The great part about Tiger Flash is that it gives you MUCH more reach, giving your hits a much larger hitbox in front of you, with the 5th hit of your extended combo a HUGE hitbox. And not only does it do that, but it changes your attacks to magical damage, capitalizing on Nen Masters' great Magic Atk stat.

Brawler Tab: Nothing really needed here. Crouch if you know how to use it in PvP; not many know how to use it.

Striker Tab: You've got your bases covered, though if you plan to specialize in PvP, Level 10 Muse is pretty much a must.

General Tab: You might consider getting Ancient Memory in order to buff up your Intelligence.

Almost forgot. DualReaver, I tried that, but it's just not helping me that much, so I've been resorting to just playing in Windowed mode all the time.

Ooh that's interesting, the only reason I didn't get the Tiger is because it's a percentage based attack (which is why Suplex Thunder is also level 1) but I'll try that out. It's good to know that Lion's Roar isn't needed as much. Is Tiger an all or nothing build? What about Spiral Nen, is it useful for the Buffs or can it stay at 5?
I wouldn't know about that, since pretty much everybody maxes out Tiger. Suplex Thunder, I believe, was proven on DFOSource to be fixed damage; the skill description is wrong. Don't quote me on this though.
I think it's much more easier to just outline the core skills so correct me on these:

- Max Nen Shot + Cannon
- 9-10 Doppelganger
- Max Doppelganger Blast
- Max Stimulating Breath
- Max Nen Guard
- Max Energy Shield
- Max Tiger Flash
- Max Raging Light Dragon
- Max Nen Flower

Optional:
- 1 Suplex/Thunder Suplex
- 5 Muse Uppercut
- 1 Tornado Kick
- Max Ancient Memory
- Quick Rebound
- Backstep + Cancel
- Max Lion's Roar
- 1 Neck Snap

Limbo:
- Floating Nen Flowers

Does that sound about right?
Pretty much, sounds about right.
Well I guess this is my build for the time being now:

It's a toss up with either Max Floating Nen Flowers or 10 Spiral Nen. No Ancient Memory because I can't think of a skill to skip for it. The only ones I could think of is taking out Muse Uppercut + Cancel and Tornado Kick.
Isadora in GBL Arad Branch needs to get punched in the gonads. Stupid GBL has a pineapple load of HP and that giant ball of fire has fucked me over on more occasions than one.
On second thought I'm just gonna make a pure PVE Nen so I'll be rerolling her tomorrow. This is the build right now:

Howdy guys. Anyone have a character they'd like to run through Second Spine with me? Or just...come with me for the hell of it? lol I seriously tire of going through that place alone.

Let me know! I'll be free most of the day.

Sad, my Brawler is still on the last few quests of First Spine, if I could get it done I would help you out

I'd go on my Asura. Last level of 2nd spine+daily still being good exp.
My Sader can give you a hand Felix.
Does anyone know how much an entire Legacy: Chain Set of Culy and Old Parr cost? Was thinking of getting them for my Phys. Exorcist if I had more than enough money.

Get the 7 Dawn set instead. Great Exo bonuses for a fraction of the price of a Curly set.

What do the individual pieces add? I know the top adds +1 to Crucifix Wind, and entire set Bonus adds Phys. Crit+2, Attack Speed +1 and +1 Chaos Hammer.

Set bonus: Physical Defense + 207, Strength + 11, Attack Speed + 1%, Physical Critical Hit + 2%, Chaos Hammer Skill Lvl + 1

Other bonuses:
+1 Crucifix Wind
+1 Passion Chakra
+~200-300 HP
+30 jump
+5% movement

It's really good stuff, and rather affordable if you take your time browning shops and forums for cheap sellers.
Thanks again for the help guys. Got past that bump quickly and painlessly.

Hm. Yeah, I think it'd be cheaper especially since I can't find the Chain Culy Shoe at all. Does anyone have an Old Parr? I remember seeing a shop with one for 10mil-ish. Think it was Mark but I can't remember.
I found a person selling two 4% speed avatars for 3m total for my Berserker. Feels good man! I felt a noticeable difference when I rented the 7 day avatars so I went and bought the real thing. 400 NX to test if certain avatars make a difference is actually a pretty good idea by Nexon/Neople. Better than buying overpriced avatars only to regret your choice because your decision actually sucked or made little difference.
Back from my vacation, feels good to be home. Anyways, reading all of the Nexon announcements and getting caught up on stuff. I have a Rose Boutonnière but I don't know what colour. It's either red or black and I'll sell it for approx 4m. I'll join the guild, I'm interested in being an Officer, or if nobody else wants to lead, a leader. But I prefer officer.
