Photoshop CS5 has a new feature called "Content Aware". Using this feature allows the program to sample other objects in the picture and it tries to recreate the image perfectly. *This works with... say you wanted to remove a tree from a picture, if you selected the tree then photoshop would recreate the image without the tree there.*

this is plausable for an answer to making it work. But she might have the other girls tits. I havnt tried using CS5 yet, so i cant really vouch for it too much.
